"Mazot Amano" is a beautiful mazot or small traditional "savoyard" chalet that was fully renovated. It is one of the most cozy places you will find in the valley of Chamonix, it is nestled in the woods at the edge of the Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserves in Argentière (upper valley of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc) with amazing views of the famous Grands Montets ski area, the Glacier d'Argentière, the Aiguilles de Chamonix and the Mont Blanc. It is an ideal accommodation for single travellers who enjoys being close to everything while feeling tucked away in the trees or a couple for a romantic get-away, a family with young kids or even a group of 4 friends (it is possible to fit 2 additional guests in the living room convertible sofa bed). This small chalet is part of a bigger property with large grounds, it has lots of private parkings, is ideally located and offers you lots of privacy although it remains super convenient: only a short stroll to the local bakery, supermarket, organic shop, post office, shop, bars & restaurants. If you wish to rely on public transports while here, the bus-stop is literally at your door-step, and the train station is only a short walk away. It is walking distance to Les Grands Montets ski area, a huge advantage during the high season given how difficult it can be to park, and only a few km to the Swiss border.
